I'm 6'1" and my 2003 Golf is ok.  I have a friend who's 6'3" and he 
seems ok in the passenger seat...Germans are often pretty big people.
Size and fit is one of the reasons I bought the VW.  I don't fit into 
Miatas, tho'.
