Yep I have the exact same symptoms when I add too much BD to the mix in
cold temperatures. At idle and low acceleration it is fine but when
injection volume is increased ( hill climbing or hard accel) the flow
through the filter can't keep up. It is not clear from you message Jan
if this is what is happening with the chevy. I get a feeling it is
slightly different?

But did he make the switch recently or has he been
running biodiesel for years and he's just now
