The French reply in Martin's message reads, "Your answer and the link that you send us gives us no solution, gentlemen developers, correct just the chapter and verses contain errors, this is the right choice and make an effort, thank you"
The background is the well known difference in numbering Psalms between Hebrew and Greek editions. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psalms#Numbering Among our various defined v11n's, several follow the Greek numbering system for Psalms. Of course, for any technical solution to be made by creating suitable French Bible v11ns (plural), Martin would need to ensure that And Bible fully supports ALL Alternate Versifications and content. A further related problem is this: CrossWire grabs Bible text source from wherever it's legally usable. In many cases, the available text has already been "squeezed" artificially into the default KJV v11n. i.e. By web-masters who have not themselves address the underlying issues.
