Last I checked, the imagery had a non-commercial distribution limit on it (i.e. they don't want you to take their images and sell them to anyone at any point). All other uses were allowed (including derivative works and tracing) and in addition, we have explicit permission in "writing" from both Digital Globe and GeoEye.
