Do you use the version with or without the auto-update feature?

Please proceed as follows:

1. Uninstall The Bat! via the Control Panel (your user data will be left 
untouched).
2. Remove the remaining shortcuts and unpin the program from the Taskbar.
3. Delete "The Bat!" folder under C:\Program Files\...\, but only if your mail 
data folders is stored in another location on the disk.
4. Delete "The Bat!" folder under C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\...\
5. Download v10.5 and install it: 
https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/download.php

This should resolve the issue with the wrong version of CEF that you are having.
