First, even if TB is seeing your CSAPI dictionaries, you have to select
one of them to use it. It looks like you are still using the American
English from TB's intpack.

They should. But I haven't had Office97 as such installed in my system
for many moon. TB does see the "installation" (reg keys, etc) that I
have for Office97 dics, though.

Yes,although depending on where you look the order may be reversed. See
attached PNGs. The second one is the context menu from the editor's
status bar.
