Address book templates are used when you set the recipient before entering text in the body. Individual address book templates take precedence over address book group templates and both take precedence over folder templates. Suppose you filter tbudl messages to a dedicated folder. If you want to use a special template for replies to the list then you can do that via a folder reply template or via an address book reply template. Suppose you want to send a private reply to one of the list messages (Ctrl-F4). When you're using folder templates your message will be formatted like your list messages, with address book templates that won't be so. CS> I note that the "To" field automaticaly fills with TBUDL <list> CS> for a new message. Sending this message to see if it works. That's odd. The mentioning of the <list> tag means your addressing an address book group and if that's done automatically then you're probably using a self addressing folder template. Those are a bit risky. -- Groetjes, Roelof WinErr 004: Erroneous error - nothing is wrong http://www.voormijalleen.nl/ The Bat! 4.2.9.4 Windows Vista 6.0 Build 6001 Service Pack 1 6 pop3 accounts, 1 imap account OTFE enabled Quad Core 2.4GHz 4 GB RAM
