Have you tried going to the manufacturer directly, (HumanWare)? I’m almost sure they still have them on their website. Price should obviously be lower than it was, as this isn’t a new device.
My own device is in absolutely immaculate condition, and they seem to work well if properly used. Although, of course, you could also speak to HumanWare about having yours serviced. The rechargeable battery should be easy enough for them to change, and you’re in Canada, I believe, so you could send the device directly to their HQ.
