Hi, I collect old items of technology for my “Fosseltech” museum When I was in London back in 1991 I paid a call on the RNIB’S equipment shop, from memory it was then in Great Portland Street. Anyway on the counter was a cassette recorder set up for anyone to use which was loaded with an information brochure of some description - think it may have been something to do with changes to the telephone system which were coming in at the time -. The cassette recorder was made by Samsung and that’s all I know apart from the fact that the recorder itself sounded fairly decent and was quite a large desktop type unit. So firstly does anyone know of the unit I’m trying to describe and secondly does anyone know where I may be able to get one of these recorders after 29 years. I’m perfectly happy to pay anyone a reasonable fee if they have one of these things in good condition.
