I don't know of any way to get the whole input text with all macros
replaced by their expansion text.  But you can ask TeX to show all
macro expansions in the log file, by typing \tracingmacros=1.  Maybe
this helps for what you want.  BTW, there are also lots of other
interesting \tracing... commands.
