Since I have needed it more than once, M-Tx 0.63 will support
putting in extra vertical space between the headers and the
music. The `Space` command may now contain a number
folowed by a semicolon before the other numbers: that is the
extra space. E.g.

Space: 3 6

may now be

Space: 10; 3 6

The number must be an integer between 0 and 99, otherwise
PMX will complain, but there is no test for that.

To make it work, scores typeset by M-Tx 0.63 now emit Tc before
emitting Tt to the PMX file.

I use this feature together with `PMX: Av`. I have resisted the
temptation to make the latter the default, since so many older
scores will mysteriously produce illegible output.

At present, you can get it by typing `git pull` in your M-Tx clone
of the repository. If you don't have one, do
    git clone https://github.com/dlaurie/M-Tx
instead to create one in the `M-Tx` subdirectory of the current directory.

I have not yet tagged it as a release. Your inputs will be welcome.

Enjoy!
Dirk
