I've released an updated autosp package. Automatic additional spacing for accidentals on notes in collective-note sequences has been so successful that global skips are now provided for *all* such notes (not just beamed notes). In some cases, this additional spacing may be unnecessary; additional spacing is not provided for any of the *explicit* accidental commands (\sh, \fl, \smallsh, etc.).
