I'm with paulino on this one. Videos are cool, but for an ERP project, where you have dozens of modules and customization plays a major role, I believe the videos are bound to be obsolete pretty soon. And being hard to maintain, IMO they're not the best tool for the job.
The goal is not to make videos but to have people learning how to use OpenERP. A full e-learning environment - where the student would follow courses, do some exercises, etc. would be valuable. In such environment, videos would be part of the course.
