Green was representing Hollie Greig who says she was a victim of sexual abuse when she was a child by her father and a wider 'gang' amongst the Aberdeen establishment which included policeman and a senior judge. Last week political hopeful Robert Green was arrested by Grampian police on his way to Aberdeen town centre to hand out leaflets. If Hollie and Robert were talking nonsense or libeling anybody neither of these are arrestable offences so this suggests that Aberdeen police are abusing their authority in order to silence Robert Green and Hollie as part of a wider cover-up. Last year BBC Radio Scotland and BBC TV Scotland recorded interviews with several families who believed they had been the victims of abuse and had seen the abusers actually protected by the criminal justice system. As the programme neared completion in July 2009 it was cancelled by senior BBC Scotland management, the reporters were threatened with dismissal if they pursued the story. I recorded a video interview with Robert Green in November 2009 detailing these matters and the claims of Hollie and her mother.
