It doesn't look right that the first of those URLs is pointing at my apache space - http://people.apache.org/~antelder. Could there be some old config in you maven settings.xml file (eg at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.m2\settings.xml) from when you reviewing the 1.0 RC1a?
