I'm marking this as duplicate of bug 264849.
To fix this, please remove/purge virtualbox-2.0 before, so that all files from
it are removed.
You also want to install virtualbox-ose then, not only the module.
But to be honest, you could even better just use virtualbox-2.0 (which is more
recent than the version in Ubuntu), if the license is OK for you (e.g. for
personal use).
In this case, you do not need virtualbox-ose-modules-*.
