Ansus doesn't speak for ubuntu, he is a launchpad user like everyone
else, so I take his comments with a grain of salt. I don't think it's
ubuntu's position to only support English fully. If so, I'm going to
change to another distro which does support non-English versions fully
(e.g. OpenSUSE).
