@Joroen, if a package is installed from a ppa or an unofficlal
repository, update-manager won't upgrade it even if the repository is
disabled.
@Chris, "error 9" is a rather generic error and you attached the logs
from your upgrade in november 2009. You're very likely experiencing
another issue, so please file a new report and attach the logs in
/var/log/dist-upgrade. Thanks in advance.
