Well if you go to the Систем (that's macedonian for System), then Help and 
Support (don't know why this isn't localized) you get the english help and the 
links inside follow the english documents. For example, the first one is "New 
to Ubuntu", which leads to /usr/share/gnome/help/newtoubuntu/C/newtoubuntu.xml. 
Now, I checked, the macedonian translation exists under 
/usr/share/gnome/help/newtoubuntu/mk/newtoubuntu.xml, so I don't know what's 
the problem then. Yelp? Something with the menus (which btw do have some 
strange things...)?
Oh, I did check /usr/share/gnome/help/*/mk/* some months ago, and I've noticed 
some problems (inconsistencies), but I'll need some time to check that again.
