Yes, that's the rough plan. Right now we are leaning towards something
more like $HOME/.snapdata instead of .local .config and .cache because
of the fact that those are not modelled explicitly by snapd. The change
will allow us to eventually make the presence of $HOME/snap optional,
under any name, with much better contents than what we have right now.
