Ethany - is there something else I can do? I've installed the proposed update, retested, and so far all seems well (as I said in #159).
It's difficult to test and report on a problem which doesn't happen every time you do something. I never found a pattern to it, just when it did start to happen it was infuriating :-) As to why more people haven't reported and retested, I don't know.
