Currently, not for the first phase.

With some hand work it's possible but the correct way so far is to use
the procedure documented in the URL above.

Not really. It will be a clutter as those applications are not prepared
to take advantage of the interface but should work.

We don't have currently any plans to support ARM but it's definitely
something we are going to look after this first release.
