I just got a Samsung Q1 Ultra and 7.04 installed like a charm. I'm having some trouble getting it to run at 1024x600 -- all it wants to run at is 800x600. I've installed the 915resolution package and I can see that it does, indeed, update the resolutions to include 1024x600. I've tried multiple edits on xorg.conf. I've also tried the driver at http://www.fairlite.demon.co.uk/intel.html, but this hasn't helped either.
Xorg.log does see that I've got a 1024x600 display: (II) I810(0): PanelID returned panel resolution : 1024x600 But that resolution is *not* listed for any of the modes tweaked by 915resolution, and then I get this error: (II) I810(0): Not using mode "1024x600" (no mode of this name) Anyone know what's going on here or now to fix it? Many thanks in advance! -p. -- Ubuntu-mobile mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-mobile
