Any sensible person would see through these lies of "rebels" killing civilians in concentration camps. These so called "rebels" are infact UPDF soldiers who attack and kill civilians. That is why UPDF soldiers always look the other way and don't protect civilians when the "rebels" attack because they know those "rebels" are their fellow UPDF soldiers.
In fact, how can UPDF kill fellow UPDF?? Think about it. No wonder the UPDF doesn't protect civilians against these "rebels". The situation can speak for itself.
