The two disks are 100% identical, I do not see no difference in both folders, except some "mbr_signature" in int13_dev80. Also the contents of all the data is the same. Even the BIOS does not make it easy to distinguish between both channels - you see what you've selected by what is booted ;-)
It amounts to this. If there is enough information under /sys/firmware/int13_dev80 to distinguish the device, then we should be doing so. If, on the other hand, int13_dev80 does NOT correspond to your boot device, that would be interesting as well...
I'm trying to find someone, who has another SATA drive laying around or some IDE-to-SATA adaptor, so the information is not identical.
