Installing perl and changing install path to z:\perl as per the instructions
and set todo=%z%\perl\bin\perl %z%\bin\todo.pl and replacing todo.pl with %todo% works but z:\perl is hard coded into the perl files maybe someone who knows perl better than I do can figure a way to code %z%\perl instead and create an install script for us to install it. Still the patch will be large.
