I'm not too sure about WinDVD, but some PackageForTheWeb packages like
Adobe Reader leave MSI's in the Program Files directory.  Try installing
it manually on a machine and see if it does the same.  I know with Adobe
Reader that speeds up the install process significantly (no more waiting
a half hour for PFTW to finish).
