I was watching the Program Files Directory as I ran the install and never saw anything put in there untill after I supplied the /f2 option and it actually installed. I just tried the -s option from the link you sent just to make sure it doesn't work, which it doesn't. I assume v4 was probably packaged with some other installer package.
