That can be arranged, have a look at the unattended.txt in /install/lib
for

; Windows Setup does not use it.

    replace_mbr=1
    fdisk_cmds="fdisk /clear 1;fdisk /pri:4000;fdisk /activate:1"
    format_cmd="format /y /z:seriously /q /u /a /v: c:"
    fdisk_lba=1
    fdisk_confirm = 0

this means only one partition but you can play and fiddle with it for
your needs.

Some or most of the scripts install to %Program Files% if you change
that in you windows setup you can than install the apps and see which do
fail and modify them to your needs.
