Don't know if this is still on topic for this list, but:
It seems to me that booting a PE 2.0 ramdisk over plain TFTP and DHCP
works. Well, once you got all the files and especially the boot options
file ('BCD') together.
However, I still have to figure out how to involve Microsofts loader
from PXElinux.
