I must say that i am flabbergasted by the reaction here. Everybody was invited to FirstFriday a few days ago where this conversion and initial setup was the topic.
We could have built on the energy of that to get the whole setup job done. However only a handful of people bothered. Anyway there are plenty of left-over tasks, so you are not too late.
