Thanks Regina. I'll take a look at the bootstrap.ini file and the variables that you mentioned.
The "new" user would be a new LO user. Fortunately we don't have a lot of personnel turnover. When the user logs out, anything on the C: drive would not be copied. I'm not too worried about the temp files, but we'd like the users' to be able to default to their network directory when they go to File/Open.
