Hi :) Crashes are not normal and shouldn't be happening so often. If they happen at all then it should be rare and should be due to the user doing something dumb that they notice and makes them think "oops, didn't mean to do that" or deliberately killing the process.
My machines are lower spec and don't suffer from crashes like this. It might be good to post a "bug-report" but please use one of the drop-downs to make it clear it's a "feature request" rather than a real bug. The real bug is whatever is causing the crash.
