Hi,

No, I don't think Kannel will be useful for testing your wrapper. It does
not behave like a SMSC. What you need a simulator for CIMD SMSC. Get latest
CVS and look into test dir for test_cimd2.c, it provides testing utility for
Kannel connecting to CIMD2 SMSC.

Fake SMSC is used for testing application sending MO & MT, without any SMSC
connection. This will not help you in any way for testing wrapper, but could
test apps.
