Jarek - I wasn't aware of that shortcut (I close LibreOffice by clicking on the X button or by using Ctrl+Q) but I looked it up in the Customize > Keyboard dialogue (in LO 7.6.4.1). For me, Alt+F4 is greyed out so it can't be modified or deleted. Ctrl-F4, which apparently does the same thing, is also greyed out. Is that not the case for you?
