Are you trying to run the update from the program windows, or are you downloading the new version and installing it directly. Just update my mom's Windows 7 machine with no real problem. Downloaded 361730048 Feb 20 23:04 LibreOffice_7.6.5.2_Win_x86-64.msi 2736128 Feb 20 23:04 LibreOffice_7.6.5.2_Win_x86-64_helppack_en-US.msi The helppack installed with no issue replace. Did have a message about not being able to remove desktop short-cut, but it eventually did. Her other machine is a new mini PC with N100 CPU with windows 11 that I got for about $200, and it has latest suite on installed. I've had issues the the updates either just saying it already has latest version, when ther was a newer one? With Linux, I've never had any issues with updates..
