Was wondering how many opinions were out there
about changing over to dot 5 fluid in all hydraulics? I do not have to
worry about the incapatability of the fluids since all systems have been
completly overhauled due to chroming, powdercoating and steel braid. I am
concerned of how the dot 4 will affect powder coat since I just used a brake
cleaner to clean out the ports on a caliper and it started to eat at the
paint. Any long term problems/concerns?
