frame should not be a problem. The right size
drift and a hammer you can drive them out. Work
back and forth from one side of the race to the
other so the race dosen't get jammed. Put on some
w-d-40 etc first.

The lower bearing and seal on the stem is the
only real problem. Almost impossible to remove
without destroying the seal, Unless you have
special tools to cut off race. You cannot buy the
seal separate. If you ruin the seal your best bet
is to buy a Steering stem bearing kit from Dennis
Kirk $47.99 comes with the seal. Part #12-79

If you can save the seal. Go to a bearing suppy
house and have them match the bearings. Half the cost.
