When I use the quote-key on my keyboard vim-latexsuite generates this out of it
``test'' This would generate non-german (only on top) quotes in the XeLaTeX outputed PDF-file. I would need ,,test'' because this is interpreted as german-quotest (first buttom, last top). How can I realize this in the settings of vim-latexsuite. My underlying system is a german(!) Kubuntu 14.04.4 LTS.
