It is true. The Standard LC RGB 12" RGB screen was relieved of it's stand so it would fit flush on the top if the Mac. It sortta kept the all-in-one thing going in a way. I have an original LC Leaflet - I'll scan the photo in and put it on the site if anyone is interested :). The screen stands on 4 rubber block feet on mine to allow air to flow into the vents on the top of the case. I did the same trick with my 17" CRT to stand it on the top of my LCIII+ as it has 4 plastic feet on the base to allow it to stand on a shelf. It wasn't as successful but it looks pretty funny :).
