I've disabled GLX support in Xvnc now, but the problem is the same. Xvnc CPU usage is very high. I'll continue debugging...

I believe I've found the problem: Xvnc:s -DeferUpdate mechanism. It is known to be problematic current TigerVNC versions. I got these results:

OTOH, I'm not sure it really matters: the important thing is how many frames that are actually delivered to the VNC client; not how many frames the application can render on the server.
