The first priority is to win the sale. Getting outbid while "kicking the tires" would be devastating to the customer. The contract will specify that the sale is void if Rossi is using chemical shenanigans. The sooner the customer can start working on the technology, the faster they can establish themselves as the leader in e-cat technology.
