won't work unless it's the same E-cat and of course nothing changes on the
measuring system between the control and the live tests.  Rossi could
easily fake a test if he knew which E-cat was the control device.

And such a test should be run and observed by people other than Rossi --
Rossi can be there but should keep hands in his pockets at all time.   The
live part would have to run long enough to rule out the usual suspects --
sources of chemical energy, molten metal heat stores, etc. that Rossi might
trigger remotely or have an accomplice trigger.

In Hank's world, everything is simple.  You can see that by the web site he
writes for.  They're the ones with the free energy magnetic motors
developed in a garage by an impoverished illiterate in a third world
country along with the cars that only require water to run.  Still, asking
for something like that is a step forward for Hank.
