I am a SLIder myself. I can turn off some lights just by passing by foot or bicyce. I discovered this by chance. I don't affect the light in any directly conscious way. It just happens. I hope I can put it on video but the problem is it only works with some lamps far away from where I live now. Anyone with car in Stockholm could help.
