Gee .. a very bland summary on wiki lasted all of 2 minutes : In September 2013 the Swedish Electrical Utilities’ R & D Company Elforsk included in their "Perspectives" report a two-page section on [[Cold Fusion]], with particular attention to Rossi's eCat, and the test by Levi et al, which Elforsk partly funded.
