*Elforsk tar* nu initiativ till att bygga upp en samlad svensk forskningssatsning. Mer kunskap behövs för att förstå och förklara. Låt oss engagera fler forskare i att söka belägga fenomenet och därefter förklara hur det fungerar. Elforsk now takes the initiative to build a united Swedish organization (really bet money) for research. More knowledge is required to understand and explain. Let us engage more researchers in an attempt to search for the reality of the phenomena and after that explain how it works. I think that means that Elforsk will engage people with knowledge and ask for funding from their owners, which have deep pockets.
