The admin could always look for that mail address ;-) As I said at the old site also - you must register with an email address to upload, or even comment for that matter IIRC, to either extensions or templates. The problem is most acute when all you have is the template file. Now that I think about it someone could ask, nicely, if the current admin at the oo.o site would be willing to do a mass mailing to the submitters - they could do that for sure, how hard it would be I can't say for sure, but it shouldn't be all that much.
