Right - well we could phrase it such that what we ask for is for them to contact us if they have questions, and supply a 'for purpose' email address. What is the worst that could happen, the site admin's say no they won't do it. Also, having the authors on board for extensions makes huge sense and not having such would seem a show stopper to me. (hmmm, would need to ponder that a bit more before giving a real opinion).
