Currently the text in the black bar is a static string, so we can't change it for specific websites. That may be doable (perhaps Jean has some ideas) however... I know that's not very flexible, but IMO this approach is better than nothing! As mentioned, we get lots of questions asking why the LibreOffice website is only in English, so hopefully this extra bar, even in its limited form, helps with that...
