Thanks for the update!

I actually keep my context next to my app dir to remind myself that
they are separate and can be swapped in and out. One doesn't have to
be nested inside the other. So I have something like:

appname/
    rundir/  -- the app work dir
    webapp/  -- the context
    weblib/  -- library code
    middle/  -- the MiddleKit classes
    bin/  -- misc utilities

Where "appname" varies, but the others do not.
